Here are some notes from John K re' Sunday...

Hi Crew.

Sunday was very pleasant, with Dick Whitfield and grandson, Len tate, Richard Almond , myself, and Stephen Lomasney.

Dick and I leisurely put in around 9.00, chugged around East basin, sailed past the MN Memorial group, waved to lots of people doing the Walk around LBG, lunched on Springbank (the new gas BBQ's are operational), another chug East, and back to Lotus Bay around 2.00 for leisurely chat around the boats.

I took Stephen out with me and he came back with Dick.

I can see a nice group/family picnic on Springbank coming up for Christmas!

PS Dick was muttering something about having fixed his transmission problems (in his boat that is) and we would not see him for spray next time - delusional I guess, too much CO2.
